How billing works
For users
Creating an account and documenting an incident is completely free. The $20 charge applies only when you choose to download the official PDF report. Once paid, that report stays yours — re-download it anytime.
For participating attorneys
Free Access is $0/month. Standard is $100/month, Pro Access is $199/month, and Alpha is $350/month. These are flat platform subscriptions, not per-case, referral, hiring, settlement, or recovery fees.

- No. A subscription provides platform capabilities and geographic entitlement. It does not buy a customer, customer information, a referral, a recommendation, or a guaranteed case opportunity.
- Does Call It Report charge based on a case or outcome?
- No. Attorney plans are flat monthly subscriptions. Call It Report does not charge a percentage of attorney fees or recovery, a per-case success fee, or a fee based on whether a customer hires a firm.
- Are there any hidden fees or subscriptions for users?
- No. Users are never placed on a subscription. The only charge is the one-time $20 PDF download fee, and only if you choose to download the official report.
