Privacy Policy

Call It Report ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted incident reporting application. We act as the data controller for the personal data you provide while using the app. You can reach us at privacy@callitreport.com.

We use your data only to (a) deliver the reporting features you request, (b) generate AI-assisted summaries of your incidents, (c) keep your account secure, and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use your evidence to train third-party AI models.

Evidence is stored in encrypted object storage with row-level access controls. Only you (and accounts you explicitly grant access to) can read your incidents and files. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access by our staff is restricted to documented support and abuse-prevention purposes.

When you request an AI summary or transcription, the relevant text or audio is sent to our AI provider for processing. Providers process the data only to return a result and do not retain it for model training under our agreements.

We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, AI processing) under data-protection agreements, or when required by law (e.g., a valid court order). You control any sharing of your reports with insurers, attorneys, or authorities.

You may access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the app or by emailing us. You can revoke consent and close your account, which permanently removes your incidents and evidence within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We keep your incidents for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.

The service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will notify you in-app and by email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
