Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Call It Report (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain all rights to the incidents, descriptions, photos, videos, and recordings you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you, including generating AI summaries you request.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. You will not use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate others, to evade legal process, or to generate fabricated evidence. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

AI summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for police reports, medical assessments, or professional counsel. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sharing it.

Call It Report is a documentation tool, not a chain-of-custody or forensic system. We make reasonable efforts to preserve uploaded files but make no guarantee of admissibility in any legal proceeding.

Some features may require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are presented at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may close your account at any time, which will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
