Data Deletion
You can delete your Call It Report account and all associated data at any time. We honor every request — no questions asked.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and authentication record
- All incident reports, drafts, and AI summaries
- Uploaded photos, videos, and voice recordings
- Witness, vehicle, and insurance details you entered
- Share tokens and report flags you submitted
Delete from inside the app
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
Delete by email
Prefer to email us? Send a request from the address on your account to privacy@callitreport.com with the subject line Delete my account. We will confirm completion within 30 days.
What we may retain
We may retain minimal records required by law (for example, tax records of past payments) or anonymized, aggregated metrics that cannot be linked back to you. These are kept only as long as necessary.
